Our advanced therapy is provided by Keith Dewey, B.Sc. Cog Sci (Hons), MNCH (Reg), NLP Prac, ADCH, MNSP.

He will use a number of advanced techniques to help quickly make the changes, to help you sleep better.

The approach works well online (Zoom), but is also available from our therapy rooms in Guildford and London.

We expect you to notice an improvement after the first session, but some complex matters can take longer.
