Research: Havening for anxiety and depression (Thandi, 2015)

Can Havening help anxiety and depression?

Twenty-seven participants completed PHQ-9 (depression assessment), GAD-7 (anxiety assessment) and WSAS (Work and Social Adjustment)

A single session of standard Havening was applied to each of the participants

The study found Havening had a positive, statistically significant, impact on probable depression (PHQ-9), probable anxiety (GAD-7) and work and social adjustment (WSAS) after 1 week and after 2 months.
