Good sleep is important for our physical and mental health.

The brain works at different frequencies (speeds), ranging from very calm to very aggitated.

Those brain waves can be measured using EEG scanners, such as the Muse brain scanner that we sometimes use with our own clients.

Slow wave sleep (delta frequency brain waves) can have a positive impact on memory, the immune system, growth hormones and cell repair.

Sleep researchers from the Universities of Zurich and Fribourg demonstrated that "hypnosis has a positive impact on the quality of sleep, to a surprising extent".
