Research: Hypnotherapy for IBS (Valori, 2010)
In 2010, Professor Roland Valori conducted research on 100 people with IBS symptoms.
He found that hypnotherapy for IBS totally stopped symptoms for 40% of the IBS participants.
He found that hypnotherapy for IBS significantly improved symptoms for 90% of the IBS participants.
His conclusion is that hypnotherapy tackles the root cause of the symptoms, an overly sensitised gut,
which dietary measures don't tackle.
