Your Online Therapy Session

Introduction

Thank you for booking your online therapy session.

I'm looking forward to helping you make your changes.

This page provides important information about preparing your space for our online therapy sessions.

We reserve the right to stop online therapy sessions, if these instructions have not been followed.

Our standard Terms and Conditions also apply.

Your Location

Please:

Find a place where you won't be disturbed by animals, children or adults.
Let people know to not disturb you, if applicable.
Use a comfortable and sturdy chair.
Turn the light on, if the sun will be setting during our meeting, so you're not left in the dark.

Your Technology

Please:

Ensure your device is on a sturdy surface and that your hands are free.
Plug your device into the mains power supply.
Use earphones or headphones if you need to reduce background noise.
Set up the camera to see your head and most of your upper body so that I can monitor physical responses.
Click the meeting link ahead of time, to check your software is ready, and to check your microphone and camera.
Double check your Wi-Fi signal, or use a cable to connect directly to the broadband if possible.
Check that your device will not run the screensaver, sleep or shut down during the session.

Feeling Better

If you have any questions, please send me an email or call / SMS / WhatApp me on 07970 808242.

Until then, you can spend as much time as you can thinking about how you want to be and how amazing it will be when you make that change.

See you soon.
