We don't use drugs or talking therapy. Our approach isn't available on the NHS.

We mix hypnotherapy and psychosensory therapies, which may help the deeper parts of your mind to relax.

We are regulated by CNHC (hypnotherapy), NCH, BAThH and NSPsy, insured and annually certify with the extended DBS (CRB) check.

We typically recommend three appointments, but clients often notice an improvement within the first appointment.
