I recently saw this video by Wayne Dyer.

It said something special to me.

So, I'm sharing it here, with the hope that it can say something special to you too.

In particular:

Tonight, and every night, for the rest of your life, I want you to take at least five minutes before you go off to sleep, and realise that you are about to program your subconscious mind.

You're about to marinate, for the next eight hours, in your subconscious mind.

So you want to be real careful about how you program your subconscious mind.
