Find time for fun, happy, enjoyable things!

Spending to much time adulting can take the fun out of life.

Sometimes, people suddenly realise their life feels empty.

It's time to take control, and start having some fun again.

Everyone is different, so you'll have your own fun things.

But here's a list to get you started.

Let us know what is missing from the list!

Our list of things to do, to help mentally health and wellbeing

  1. Breath slowly and deliberately. 5 in, 7 out.
  2. Build a fort.
  3. Cook something you like.
  4. Cook something new.
  5. Create a collage of things that you like (own photos or internet snaps).
  6. Dance.
  7. Draw a picture.
  8. Fly a kite.
  9. Handstand or cart wheel.
  10. Have a garden campout.
  11. Help someone.
  12. Jigsaws.
  13. Jump around.
  14. Laugh.
  15. Learn an instrument.
  16. Learn a new language.
  17. Listen to music.
  18. Listen to nature.
  19. Look at something that beings you peace.
  20. Make a list of things you enjoyed as a child. Do them!
